 My name is Susan Merrill. I am a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Simply Total Health is dedicated to a holistic health approach. We want you to feel your best, inside and out. We’re here to provide support for wherever you are on your journey to a healthy you. We’re all at different levels, at different stages. We can all learn, together. When you’re ready, Simply Total Health is here for you, and together we’ll reach a healthy you, inside and out.
I grew up in Upstate New York, and my journey cannot be summarized in a few lines of text. I've experienced my own weight-loss journey, as well as other health complications. I've learned that health is the most important, and that we all need to take our own road. I'm a mother, a grandmother, and have taken care of others in those roles, as well as in education in schools, and home health care. I love the chance I have now to help care for you, and help you care for yourself,

Theresa Nordquist is Susan's daughter, and has been a partner since the inception of Simply Total Health. Although not physically involved in the creation and distribution of Simply Total Health products, Theresa creates most of the labels, cards, and texts for the products. Theresa is so proud of her mother and all she's done with this wellness company, and for the growth Simply Total Health always embraces. Theresa is mother to five of Susan's grandchildren, and currently lives in Illinois.
