When you are NOT hungry, you can give yourself permission to wait. This program has a customizable format, because each body is different and unique!
WHAT DO I EAT ON MY ReSet™ JOURNEY?
Wondering about the foods? Here is a quick ReSet food list to give you an idea. (I personally cook with coconut oil)
(1) 3.5 oz (100 grams), weighed raw, of one of the meat choices below, grilled (no oil or fat):
99% fat free Ground turkey
Water packed tuna
shell fish (shrimp, crab etc)
2 oz fat free jerky (less than 2 gr sugar)
Eggs are occasionally allowed (one whole egg+2 egg whites= protein serving)
(2) Two cups **per serving** of the following vegetables:
lettuce of any kind
white, yellow, or red onions
These can be eaten raw, steamed, grilled or boiled.
FRUITS One of the following fruits:
It is possible to do the protocol without fruit. Those with blood sugar issues or fatty liver disease may do a fruit free plan.
